Man, this week has really flown by! A lot of crazy-awesome things happened this week resulting in a whirlwind of activity here at Boho Berry. I can’t believe it’s Saturday already, but I am definitely looking forward to a relaxing weekend before I let life get all hectic again on Monday morning.
For starters, you might remember that last week I wrote a little post titled Mindful Eating & The Whole30 Challenge. The response I received from that one little post has blown my mind! The lovely people from Whole30 picked up my post and shared it on both Instagram and Facebook, sending new readers here by the droves. (Oh, hi there new peeps! Take a seat and get comfy! )
This first week on Whole30 has been a bit of a challenge, but I can happily say that I’ve been 100% compliant and I’m feeling great! More on that when I do my first weekly update tomorrow :)
I also picked up an amazing new book that I can’t wait to share with you: The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up by Marie Kondo. I’ve been pouring through the pages over the past couple of days. Marie’s whole approach on organizing and decluttering is SO refreshing and inspirational. Keep an eye out for my detailed review in the next couple of weeks!
On top of all of that, I also decided that I would start to tackle yet another Level 10 Life goal this week. I downloaded an awesome running app and started easing myself back in to running. I ran 3 times this week and it feels awesome so far. I’m really looking forward to crossing off one or two of those running goals by next Spring!
WEEKEND BLOG LOVE:
Alright, now let’s get into the good stuff! Every week, I’m spreading the blogging love to my favorite blog post of the week. Here’s my top reads this week:

>> Lessons in Thankfulness: 4 Tips to Practicing Gratefulness
I find myself writing a lot about gratitude. I talk about thankfulness and how it has affected me. And my life. But then I continue on. I continue with life without ever going into details. I continue on without sharing what thankfulness means and how to practice it in a practical way. So today, today I will stop rushing past. Yes, today I am pausing and reflecting. Today, I will share what gratefulness is to me and what it has done in me …

Regardless of where you’re at, if you want to this dream to become (and stay) a reality, your business has to do well. >> 40 Things Your Soul Wants You to Know
When it comes to living our lives, we spend too much of our time living as an egocentric avatar – overly attached to our perceived identity and societal opinions. We have an ego, a personality, a history, cultural viewpoints and experiences that overpower the intuitive messages our soul is telling us. But our soul is timeless, eternal and infinitely wise, and it needs to be listened to. Our “intuition” is really just our soul whispering prudent insight into our ears, especially in busy, stressful or confusing times …
